Transport Capital Partners announced the acquisition of James Brown Contracting, Inc by Navigation Capital Partners in a press release on May 14, 2008. Transport Capital Partners assisted in the sale of the dedicated freight carrier to the Atlanta based Equity Company. With 500 trucks and more than 3,000 trailers, Brown is the leading dedicated freight transportation provider to the paper and packaging industry.
